        Here at THE TAG ZONE we can help you plan your birthday party or group event so that it’s guaranteed to                have non-stop action. A party filled with heart pumping games that your guests and children will remember                                                                   forever and deem “THE BEST PARTY EVER!”   

                                          MINIMUM PARTICIPATION AGE OF KINDERGARTEN AND UP.

                                                     The cost for the first 12 players is $295.00 plus tax ($27.14).

                                  For EACH extra player over the first 12, it costs $19.50 plus tax ($1.79) there after.

Parties are 2 hours in length and include:

  • We are open to public play during your event, however, you’ll have exclusive use to a party area for the entire two hours, which is located next to the field. Tables and chairs are provided, with outside food and drinks welcome.

  • We supply safety glasses.

  • Rules and safety briefing.

  • Limited Nerf guns with all the ammo provided! Outside guns are permitted, however, broken and unjamming guns is the responsibility of the user.

  • A referee on hand to monitor the games as well as to enforce the rules.

  • A variety of scenario games such as team death match, capture the flag, king of the hill, the medic and the prison are played during your stay with us.

  • Garbage/recycle cans are provided for you and your guests if outside food and drinks are desired. WE COMPOST!

  • Food or party supplies are not provided i.e. paper plates, cups, utensils, table cloths, etc.  

  • WALL DECORATIONS, CONFETTI, SILLY STRING AND PINATAS ARE PROHIBITED.

  • Parents and family members who are not playing, are welcome to watch and take pictures at no extra charge.

  • A $100 deposit is all that is needed to secure your party date and time. Booking fees are applied when booking online. Balance and sales tax is collected when settling the balance the day of your event. A 3% transaction fee is charged using a debit or credit card. No additional fees using cash the day of your event!!

  • Deposit is non-refundable 72 hours after receiving payment.

  • If your event is re-scheduled with 10 days or less notice of originally scheduled event, then a $100 re-schedule fee will be required. If we are able to re-book the original date that was cancelled, you get your $100 back!!

  • Please do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled event.

  • Guests are asked to arrive at the scheduled start time of the event.

  • Swapping, exchanging or trading players during events is strictly prohibited.

  • Liability release forms are required at every visit, which is available on our website, www.thetagzone.com.​

  • Need to have your event 100% private? Additional fees applied, based on availability, please ask us for details.

 

Please Note: A participant is one who enters the field of play to engage in games provided at the venue. For each additional participant over the group of 12, there is a fee of $19.50+tax ($1.79.) TRADING PLAYERS IS PROHIBITTED!

Need additional time, add $60 + tax for each additional half hour needed. Subject to availability.
